I attended a photography workshop in Mt Vernon a few weeks ago. It was soooo much fun. I had a great time working with other photographers and talking shop with them about photography. The people who put on the workshop were fantastic. They both have family owned studios and really put their heart and soul into every image they take. It was really inspiring to see and take home with me. Both studios specialize in high school seniors so this was the focus for this workshop. I wish I had these really cool sets, but in due time I will have some cool stuff too! Anyway, just wanted to share off these two beautiful models who were so fun to work with and photograph.

Brinlea

What are the odds of photographing two Brinlea's in one year? What a beautiful name and child! I just loved her blue eyes and sweet, classic look. She was such a natural. I would put her in a pose and say, well I am going to do this and hope she does that! She did everything I wanted and she was so easy going. It was great to see her, and you too, Mom! (I played basketball with mom years ago in high school!)

Seniors!!!

It's time to start thinking about senior pictures! Here is a senior rep and also my assistant! I am looking for a male senior rep so please send them my way to discuss the senior rep program with me if they are interested!

Spring is Here

Spring is finally here with warm, sunny weather. The kids are having a blast playing outside. Finley is enjoying her new tricycle and Landon is discovering so many new things outside for the first time. He played with those rocks all afternoon! And, tried to eat them too.

Save the Date Session

Bret and Nick came to visit to get some photos for a Save the Date card. We all braved the cold weather (9 degrees!) to get some fun pics in the snow. They were great sports and were willing to try any ideas I had in mind. (the bike!)

Baby on Board!

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful couple a few weeks ago. She is just glowing from head to toe! I have watched this baby grow for the last eight months and can't wait for this little guy to arrive! Only six more weeks!
