Michelle + Tyler = Marriage! (Soon!)

Here is a beautiful couple, Michelle and Tyler. Michelle has a been a close friend since kindergarten. I love my Shell and wish Tyler and her so much happiness! And I owe Tyler my life because during our shoot he caught my light as it was about to hit the ground when a gust of wind almost blew it over! Thank you, Tyler! Can't wait for the celebration in May!

Ashley Senior 2011

Wow, has it really been a month since my last post? Things have been crazy at home and I have been busy trying to keep my family and myself healthy. Everyone but Jimmy has had the flu bug. I hope you are staying healthy and getting ready for Spring, I know I am! Stay tuned for an announcement about my family mini sessions I will be holding in June. This will be a great way to get your family photographed for a great deal and in less time. (This is great for Dads and little ones!)

Now for the feature presentation......Miss Ashley, high school senior 2011! We had a fun time going from location to location. We found a old vintage car in an alley and decided to use it as a prop! I love to use the surroundings and anything old and rustic is perfect! After graduation, she will be moving on to study political science. Good luck with your new adventures, Ashley!

Brianna, Tri-Valley High School Senior 2011

Bri and I did two sessions, one at Lake Bloomington and the other at my studio and my locations. Don't her eyes just draw you in to the image? She is so sweet! She has big plans after high school to study computer stuff, I know she will do great! Thanks so much Bri for a great session!

Family Session

This session took place at Lake Bloomington, where the scenery is gorgeous and options are unlimited. This family was so fun to photograph. I instructed mom to bring a suitcase full of clothes and we would go from there. It was fun to pick out outfits and piece them together. After we were done with the session and packing up, there was a gorgeous sunset so we had some fun with that as well.

Doesn't she look like she belongs in a fashion catalog for tween wear?


He was alittle shy at first, but quickly loosened up and gave his mom and dad some great shots to pick from!

Fall Session

Looking at these photos takes me back the warm fall weather we had. We did two locations with this family. The little man, Connor, was so natural in front of the camera and did really good for this session because after the photos were done he was going to spend the night at a friends house. What a great incentive to get a photo session done!

Let Is Snow!

We had the most beautiful snow the other day. The snowflakes were so light and fluffy and the ice was crystal clear. I woke up and saw the landscape, grabbed my camera and took off outside. It's a good thing we live out in the country, otherwise somebody would have seen some major bedhead and some cute Christmas pajamas! Christmas is getting closer.............!
